As a Florida Chapter Sponsor, Marble of the World recently hosted a great IFDA event, Cocktails, Conversation and Connections where members and guests were treated to a tour of their amazing facility. We want all our members to get to know this wonderful resource and the man who made MOTW the success it is today.
How did you get started in this business?
I began in the stone industry when I partnered with a south Florida business owner to represent the business and sell their products. Once this business was concluded, I fell in love with the stone industry and in 1985 began Marble of the World. We value our customers and work hard to earn their business.
What is the best part of what you do?
The best part of what I do is being able to work with great people and being able to travel the world and discover new and exotic natural stone and innovative products.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
Boating and listening to a good audio book.
What is something most people do not know about you?
People who know me may see me as “The life of the party” and always engaged when in social settings and business meetings; but when on my own I like quiet moments and enjoy peaceful settings.
